We want you to know how much we appreciate what you and your entire group did for us. We are so happy with the finished product, but it was a pleasure to work with all of you as well. It is so obvious your company cares about doing a great job. Kraig is a phenomenal listener(he remembered and did everything we asked), and even when little things came up like a little yellow paint in the driveway, you immediately took ownership of it(even though it wasn't your problem or fault). You were a great communicator during the process, and we thank you for that. Maybe it’s because I am in a service business, but I really do recognize how much you all care, all the good intentions, hard work, and wonderful outcome, that your company provides - it’s not very common these days. In the future, we’d work with your office for anything(if you’d have us)! If you need any recommendations or such, call on us anytime. We hope to see you all soon and thank you all so very, very much!
