It is so obvious your company cares about doing a great job. Kraig is a phenomenal listener(he remembered and did everything we asked), and even when little things came up like a little yellow paint in the driveway, you immediately took ownership of it(even though it wasn't your problem or fault). You were a great communicator during the process, and we thank you for that. Maybe it’s because I am in a service business, but I really do recognize how much you all care, all the good intentions, hard work, and wonderful outcome, that your company provides - it’s not very common these days.
