Kraig started in the building industry in 1988. Prior to forming Sullivan Custom Homes in 2005, Kraig worked for a quality Seattle builder for 18 years. There he was taught the demand for quality, detail, and the pride of ownership in your work. Still today, Kraig over sees all of his projects personally, to maintain his high standards in quality and his relationship with his clients.
